To meet Michael Pfahl and roam the undulating forests of Treekeepers nursery is to run wild with desire and imagination. Any gardener, landscaper, tree lover or lover of anything meaningful and rewarding would relish an hour spent in the magical nursery of splendid established trees that makes one wish that one owned more and more acres of land on which to plant them.
As a keen but impatient gardener I’m delighted to say that the handsome trees that arrived at my garden last winter are now thriving, casting lovely shade and setting fruit. My sprawling garden is now populated by not only lovingly cared-for mature trees but among them I count Michael as a new enduring friend.
